About

Welcome to ZenLife Healing & Visual Arts. I'm Hannah Listle—a Licensed Massage Therapist, artist, and animal advocate who believes that healing, creativity, and compassion can make the world a little better.

I have been practicing massage therapy professionally since 2010. My work is rooted in helping clients feel better in their bodies through a range of techniques including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Cupping, Prenatal, Swedish Relaxation, and Hot Stone massage. I’m known for delivering thoughtful, results-driven massages with a kind, upbeat approach, grounded in strong ethics and integrity. At the same time, I believe massage is just one piece of the puzzle—true wellness requires client accountability. I encourage each person I work with to stay active, incorporate stretching and strengthening within their ability, and take ownership of their health. For those experiencing chronic stress, I also focus on education around breathing and mindfulness practices to support lasting relief.

After moving to Florida in 2020, I became saddened and deeply aware of the overwhelming number of homeless and overlooked cats in my community. In the summer of 2021, I became actively involved in rescue work, guided by the belief that doing something, no matter how small, is always better than doing nothing. What started as a personal commitment grew into ongoing rescue efforts and a small sanctuary for cats in need.

I quickly realized I needed more resources for the work I wanted to do, as my income as a massage therapist couldn’t fully meet the growing needs of the animals in my care. So I got creative and began exploring ways to turn a personal passion into something that could also fund a meaningful purpose. Creativity has always been a part of who I am, but it wasn’t until 2025, with encouragement from a close friend, that I fully stepped into pottery. What began as a personal outlet quickly grew into a meaningful extension of my purpose. Today, my pottery helps support my rescue work, with all proceeds going toward caring for cats in my community.

Through healing, creativity, and compassion, my goal is to make a positive impact in both the community I live in and online—ultimately hoping to inspire others to do more of the same.

I spent the first 30 years of my life in Western Washington State, traveling up and down the West Coast and being shaped by its landscapes, culture, and values. That region is nothing short of breathtaking—lush forests, rugged coastlines, alpine lakes, and creative, community-driven cities. It also nurtured a deep respect for the arts, humanitarian work, and animal advocacy. Growing up in that environment instilled in me a belief that animals deserve care and respect equal to humans, and that creativity and community are not luxuries, but essential parts of a meaningful life. I am, unapologetically, a West Coast girl at heart.

I’ve always felt deeply connected to animals in a way that has shaped how I move through the world. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and horses, but I also found myself forming quiet friendships with the wild animals around me—deer in the alpine meadows of Hurricane Ridge, ducks on the Rocky Point beach of my childhood home, chickadees and nuthatches in the fir trees by the bird feeder my dad built, and curious squirrels watching from a distance. In many ways, animal behavior has always felt more intuitive to me than human behavior. That same sense of observation and curiosity naturally extended into my love of art and the natural world.

Creativity has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. There are photos of me drawing as soon as I could hold a crayon, and I’ve spent years working with sketching, watercolor, and Micron pens. I was also the kid constantly reading nature books, watching documentaries, and studying anything related to the natural world. That fascination has stayed with me into adulthood and continues to shape my work today. My inspiration comes from the places I’ve loved most—Washington’s Olympic Mountains, the neon glow of Seattle against gray skies, the Pacific coastline, the temperate rainforest of the Olympic Mountains, lavender fields in Sequim, and the quiet stillness of truly remote places that took hours to hike to. These landscapes, along with the people and cultures of the Pacific Northwest, deeply inform my artistic voice.

More than anything, I want my work to mean something. Whether it’s through massage, rescue work, or pottery, my goal is to help people slow down, reconnect, and see the world a little differently. I want to remind people that they don’t need wealth or perfection to make a difference—just awareness, intention, and action in the ways that are available to them. I believe in accountability for both physical and mental wellbeing, and in the idea that we each have more power over our lives than we often realize. At the heart of everything I do is a simple hope: to encourage people to live more consciously, more compassionately, and a little more fully.

Be the change you want to see in the world.
