Vera Gift Certificate Refunds

Hello! If you received a gift certificate from Vera Massage & Day Spa and were unable to redeem it during the time the business was open, then you are welcome to request a refund by filling out the form below and submitting it to me. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund request to be processed.

If you are requesting a refund, please check to see if there is a “PROVIDER” line on the back of your gift certificate. If you DO see a “PROVIDER” line, ensure it does NOT have the following names listed: Haley Douglas, Mikah Parkinson, Joyce Mitchell, or Michele Fujii. If it DOES show one of those names on the line, you MUST contact that individual provider directly, as the Gift Certificate was sold directly through them and NOT by Vera Massage & Day Spa. You will need to discuss their gift certificate policies, as they may differ from those of Vera Massage & Day Spa.

Please note that if you do not have your gift certificate number, that does make things difficult. Many businesses do not keep records of their gift certificates, but rather rely on clients to retain the physical copy in order to redeem it. It has always been my goal to provide the best possible customer service, so I retained records as a courtesy. With that, I must be able to find and validate your gift certificate information in my log in order to issue a refund. If you are not able to provide me with all the necessary information or if I am not able to locate your gift certificate number with the information you provide me, then you will have to locate your gift certificate number in order for me to issue a refund. This is not to make things difficult, but to avoid fraudulent requests for refunds that may impact the actual holder’s ability to request their refund. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
